Master League Recommend Signings

2nd season after promotion from D2 (cardiff city)
wasn't able to sign anyone in the beginning

best signing after promotion was Rosi (Italy - 26 or 27 yrs old)
has improved to rating of 89 as RB in the middle of the 2nd season
top speed ~90 (after equipping a good pair of boots), good to counter pesky little runners like walcott, chamberlain, etc.
costed very little money

Only signing I can recommend so far is Kevin Volland from 1899 Hoffenhiem, if anyone is playing with the WENB option file. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Volland
Very cheap and is showing signs of improvement for me. Striker, not the quickest, but great ball control and finishes well.
Stats seem to match http://pesstatsdatabase.com/PSD/Player.php?Id=13029&Club=76 which may be the same for other option files featuring the Bundesliga.

All these have overall ratings between 70-75 are young and develop into cracking players

Rosi - Parma - signed at start of 2nd season. at the end of season 2, develops into 91 RB after equipping better boots. Very cheap for a player of this caliber.

Jonathan - Barcelona - signed for free at start of 2nd season. Pretty good ball control. I usually deploy him in the flanks cuz of his (relatively) lower Defense stat despite being a CMF. Is at rating of 85 at end of 2nd season.

G Castillion - (forgot team) - from shj92922's advice. Striker with a powerful shot. Other abilities are so-so. Improved to 78 at end of 2nd season. Top goalscorer in premier league. Will continue to improve up to >100 based on shj92922's screenshot in the future.

I really don't know about youth team,last year there were Shimizu and Palmieri who were two excellent players,Shimizu had crazy ball control and dribble speed,and Palmieri was a strong Centre Back...
i can recommend,if you play with a regular level team like Twente,Genoa,Fiorentina,that you buy Mattia Destro...After two seasons,he has 83 overal,I put the Mercural Vapor on him,and I bought him dribble speed +5...the guy is crazy.
Also there is Ola John from BENFICA,very fast player,currently an assist leader..
Reus is fantastic player,you can easily buy him since he plays for OTHER .
I just bought Gastón Ramírez from Southampton,great player,and at very low price...

I would like to recommend Belhanda from Montpellier.Great player,fast,great technique and physique will develop with time.Hard to sign but when you do sign him,it is a good move...I am bringing Gomes from Tottenham(I am playing ML with Twente),fantastic goalkeeper with big responsiveness and goalkeeping skills

they are great players, i specially like nelson oliveira, he is young, the second best player in 2011 u-20 world cup, he is loaned to deportivo de la coruña by benfica. made a great goal in first games of the years, lob.

R. Hall from west ham is only 18 and turns into a real gem.

Just signed Hall from West Ham, will see how he turns out.

Another recommended signing is Musa from CSKA Moscow. He is an RWF at a rating of around 74 but if you play him at RM he goes up to 76. Fast and quick dribbler, finishing isn't great however.

I am Ipswich on my game, using one of the files from Daymos.

A few players I will recommend...

Emmanuel-Thomas - Starts at Ipswich. I have trained him etc... and he's now rated 97 in my 4th or 5th season. Unstoppable at times.

Pouga - Not sure where he starts but he's a forward. First season he was awful but in the 2nd season he scored loads. He's lanky but quite powerful. Only issue was he decided to not negotiate a new contract and went to Real Sociedad where he's still scoring loads

De Kegel - This guy was in my Youth team from the start. He's from Belgium, is now my captain and he's rated 94.

Zotov - Starts at Spartak Moscow. Turns into a class Midfielder.

Matilla - Some Spanish guy I signed, not sure where from. He is a proper continental footballer, time on the ball etc... Only problem is, he's a bit of a dirty git and keeps getting suspended.

All of these can be picked up on a shoestring budget.

Thinking of buying Zaha from crystal palace, and wanyama from celtic. Leandro Damião is on top of my list to sign, CF from Sport Club Internacional, 23 years of age played with him just in exhibition game, he is a world class star in the making.

+1 for Leandro Damiao. Outstanding CF and he develops extremely well. With a good cross his heading is deadly.
