Master League Teams B

Hello All,

Does anyone at all know if the new update from Konami in Nov will add the option of using the Other League B teams.

This is SH*T as i wish to add other teams like from the championship and still can not and to make it worse Konami in all the stupid wisdom sell the game with full editing option only to find that any licenced team is locked !?!

Why would the idiots do this? Do they not know that one of the main selling points of the game was the option to edit and create individual option files etc.

Uh what? You can use any team you like in any game mode, there is no restriction. RTFM.

You cannot use edited teams from Section B in Master League. Tried this last night as I have created Werder Bremen and Bayern.

As for why you cant edit the licenced teams, you sought of answered your own question. Licenced kits cannot be edited otherwise they wouldnt be licenced anymore - ie an official product.

I think you will find on the PS3 version it won't let you use any teams form League B in Master League. This might be different on PC as its much easier to edit etc.

As for the lincenced kit i do get it but in previous games it was great being able to create your own kits for your squad if you started getting a little fed up with the ones used.

Sorry yes your correct Others B is locked out. Seriously wtf? Thats a major mistake by Konami, they should NEVER artificially limit the players choice of team.

i'm putting all the championship sides in others B but not doing the kits in detail. then i will use another profile with the same OF and transfer them into the unlicensed spanish sides so i have enough to fill div 2 in my ML. any other un necessary spanish sides i will create bremen and munich as well

That sounds great i should suggest that Vons option file is the best so far to do just that and he has no editing in others B

just copied down the first teams of Wolves, Reading, Birmingham, Sheff wed and united, Cardiff, Forrest, Norwich, Derby and QPR.

I got their number, position, name, nationality, age , weight, height, skin colour and hair style. i will add their stats if they are not in the game once i have them all in place.

Allready got the Brummy players into team A. just got to do the rest into team B, C and so on before placing them into edited spanish sides. this will give me the 10 Championship sides needed for a realistic ML.

i wonder if this is why Konami left so many foreign teams unlicensed? cos if you think about it, having teams A,B,C and the rest in your ML would just flood your game with generic blank players.

Sounds good but i would wait for the update in a couple of days as its supposed to add more licensed teams etc!!

are you using Von's option file as a base? if you are i would be interested in you sharing this option file with me/us. I would like to use championship teams also.

I tell you what would be even better, if you could just give us the forumulas and stats etc then we could just do it ourselves.

not usin an OF. just done transfers from red owls post and changed kits and team names. not too sure what to do with the championship players stats, i dont want them getting promoted and ruling the league.

i need to get a good spell on it to enter their names and rough likenesses. what does vons OF have on it? and yes i may wait till the 5th for the update. does anyone know where this will be available from?

von's option file would be the best OF to use he has done nearly everything, he is releasing an option file 24hr after the update on wednesday (so it will be out thursday) and that will be the best most up to date option file out there imo.

And i think your champ teams will complement it well.

I would have to agree use Vons option file and then add the team etc. If you need help with any kits etc let me know more than happy to help as i really do want an all english league etc.

if i can figure out how to download these OF's then i will definately put the champ teams into it then put it on here. i just really dont have a clue how to get a file off here and onto my 360, which is unchipped btw.

EDIT: just checked vons file, it says ps3.

I think its just Konami being bell ends as usaul. I am sure they miss things out and cock them up just so they can fix them for the all new 2010 edition. If they are got to love the strategy but come on!?!?!
