I have pes for playstation 3, is there anyway you can edit the computer transfers throughout the season, as some of the transfers just wreck the game like rooney-villarreal, vidic-parma, carrick-palermo etc. Know there is probably no way to do it, but it wrecks the season for me, makes it unrealistic.

By around season 5 loads of teams starting 11 will be unrecognizable. It's always been that way to varying degrees. As long as the marquee teams retain their prestige and quality - which is what makes it fun to beat them - I worry less about who is on their roster. But yes, when someone moves to a mediocre side its not the best.

Yea i realize there is probably know way to edit this data, but it wrecks my head all the same, some transfers are good and pretty realistic like song moving to chelsea from arsenal. But some of the transfers really make the game feel like a video game if that makes sense ha.

I think so play fifa aswell and transfers seem to be alot better and realistic on fifa, i guess it doesnt really matter and is the only part of the game that really annoys me as this year it seems to be heading in the right direction, but as a united fan you see rooney move to villerreal after the 1st season kinda sucks.

I prefer the transfers like this
Fifa transfers eventhough not as weird aint that great... When a team loses a bigname player they replace them with some player 60s-low 70s OVR.... Ie Chelsea lost Drogba when i played Fifa and they replaced him with some young youth prospect... but because the growth is broken by the time you get to 10 seasons... all the players 80OVR+ are all 40 years old or above... The younger players dont grow and it ruins it.
Atleast on pes even if a big player moves the youth can take over and still grow into an unstoppable force.

United,chelsea,milan,barcelona,inter the core of the team stays similar, there is a few playes on each of them teams that have been there a few years. I do see your point. And i agree to some extent. It can be a bit silly and unrealistic but i suppose its a lot more fun and unpredictable.

Whether realistic or not PES got it perfect by predicting Fabregas going to Barca... Haha it happend in the break between my 2nd and 3rd season... Its just a matter of time before it happens in RL.

I'm into my 4th season and they have been pretty realistic on mine, all the big teams still have alot of the same squad with afew changes or new players, Chelsea on mine have signed Ballotelli, Gago and Kaka and lost players like Cech, Essien and Malouda, but still have the same team with Terry, Lampard, Cole, Drogba!

I think the option to do your own transfers would be class, I personally like the editing side and you could do transfers that reflect where clubs are finishing, like say bolton finshing top half of the table obviously quality of player coming in would improve. And just have a question has anyone ever played the master league and noticed a team like sunderland,bolton,fulham etc become a top four team or a team like chelsea,united,arsenal,liverpool start to fight relegation????????. I played pes 5 and liverpool and arsenal where dropping out of the top four think it was after 12 years.

Yeh i have noticed that. I have the championship which i created myself quickly(felt more accomplished then downloading an of). But after my first season Swansea and Cardiff had been promoted and actually brought some big name signings... They stayed around mid table then in my 3rd season they came near to the top 6 teams... Come my current season(4th) Cardiff lost a load of players and have sunk back down to mid table but Swansea have a hell of a team and are basically IIRC sitting 5th in the league.

Liverpool on mine are the worst after they have lost Torres, Reina and Gerrard and not really been able to replace them properly.Gerrard to City, Reina to Milan(or some other big euro club) and Torres to Madrid.

I really had enough of these stupid transfers, how freaking hard is it to make some players LOYAL to the club hence next to impossible to sell, also TOP CLASS players not moving to some 3rd rate teams come on KONAMI lol.

In my game tottenhams team is largely the same only difference is they sold crouch to stoke and bought pato and cassano, plus i edited bale in the game and van der vaart to reflect there current form at the time in the premirship, which makes them much better attacking wise.

And seriously how fking hard is it to fix this, ffs , small teams simply can't freaking buy any player like CR god dammit, they don't have enough money, why doesn't that matter in ML? every team can buy every player no matter how much he costs, ridicilous KONAMI.

One season crazy, i always thought if they would let us edit the transfers ourselfs as an option, so we could decide who went where.
I personally love editing the game,and a feature such as this would be very enjoyable for me to do at the end of each season. Like if everton got relegated I could transfer the main people who would actually leave.
