is there a fixed time in the year that the youth players in the master league start appearing?
or do they appear only during transfer period?

if I don't sign a youth player right after he appears in youth team, will he dissapear later ?

No, he'll remain there for season or two.

They remain there until they're 20 I think, then after that season they leave. I tend to take out all 10 youth players every season, some I keep and some I let go. But it means I get a fresh batch of 10 new youth players each season.
