I've been playing ML for 5 seasons now and how come my team doesn't get included in the Masters Cup?

In Division 1 currently
Won Division 1 Cup
Won European Cup
League Champs

Any advice on how to get my team to play in the Masters Cup?

The masters cup is the UEFA Cup...

If you come below 2nd place in your league then you qualify for the Masters Cup. If you place 1st or 2nd, you qualify for the Champions League

So I take it the Masters Cup is lower than Championship Cup?

I thought i read in manual that Masters cup is higher than Championship Cup.

The Champions Cup (Champions League) Is a better/bigger tournament than the Masters Cup (Uefa Cup).... just as in real life...

also i think if you finish below second you go into a group in which you have to finish 3rd (and possibly 4th) to go into the masters cup. If you win the group you end up going into the champs league anyway.
I think that's right, correct me if i'm wrong.

oh it might be that you have to finish 2nd, can't remember exactly but if you win that group you go into the champions cup.

the master is a second tier cup, like mention above post.

1st and 2nd is auto qualify for the champion cup group stage where 3rd to 6th will play in the qualify to proceed to the 2nd round group stage if you place 1st and 2nd, so if you finish 3rd/4th you will drop into the master cup.

in the second stage of the champion cup finish 3rd to also drop into master cup finish 4th you will go home.

Damn, i feel foolish!!!

This whole time, i thought i was doing something wrong!

Even though i have been playing PES for the last 3 years, this was the first year i played ML. So one last question, so if i am starting 6th season in ML, is there a end, or does it keep going forever?

I think it goes on however long you want it to mate, the furthest i have been before getting bored and wanting to start again is 2011/2012... After that it just gets tedious
