Match block list??

In main menu go to gallery and then your last 20 online matches.
You can then browse your previous results and block users.

OK but wait, I went to the gallery but the use I want to block is not there because he cheated (thats why i wanna block him) and disconnected the game so there was no score!...how can I get him??

True i had the same problem, its a major flaw.
You can only block him if the match actually finished.
My temp solution:
-- Check their disconnection rate before the match start
-- Write down the opponent's ID if their disconnection rate is not LOW, and then play the game even though they are cheaters
-- Block them after the game end.
-- If they disconnect before the game ends, use the search user ID to find them and block these cheaters.
* Note: currently, most of cheater have very strong team with high ranking rate.
This solution only works if the Konami blocking system works properly.

Unfortunately mate there is no user ID search like in PES 2012....They created the match block list and removed the user search...UNBELIEVABLE KONAMI!!!
