Match completion rate when not playing?

Right I know there is the problems with the match completion rate even if your opponent leaves - that sucks as it is! But every time I log back into MLO it tells me ''your match completion rate has decreased since you last logged in'' even if I haven't played any games and even if I didn't have any uncompleted matches in my last session. Whats all this about? why is this years online so broken?

I'm experiencing this and as a consequence, have been kicked out of my division and can't play the cups - it's really pants as I just want to play it properly.

it happens to me aswell everytime i log in back to mlo i get this stupid message

wtf konami, i never disconnected, never lagged , i got only one quiter so far but every time i enter i get this message

i play when i can 1-2 competitions finish them properly 5 games everytime quit to main menu, then quit game, next day when i connect ur match completion has droped
