Hi guys, my PC has stopped recognising my Max Drive as a drive so I'm unable to copy an option file to it - I've read on some threads on here that you can use any USB stick, however I've copied a .max file onto a USB Stick but the Max Drive software on the PS2 tells me the stick is empty - any ideas? Does the USB Stick have to be formatted in a specific way ? - it's currently formatted as FAT and the only file on there is the .max file

I'm presuming I shouldn't need to use the PC Max Drive software to transfer the files, as I never did with the Max Drive when it worked.

I've got the same problem, did you fix it ?
I read you have to format the USB stick as FAT32 ...... not sure though.
