meaning of the 20th november's message

By playing PES2016 today on PS4 i got the message about the impact of updates on modified faces. Since i'm french, i think the message is not properly translated in my language, so if someone can tell me what it means.
I just hope it says that Konami is sorry about that the previous update impacted the modified faces and that from now it will not anymore...

If that's what they said in french it was completely wrong translated...

The message said, that unfortunately it's not possible to change stuff of players who were basecopied before the first datapack...
Well, something is changeable but not all the stuff. I don't remember exactly what it was, that was changeable.

Malheureusement, c'est pas possible de changer les statistique et d'autres chose sur jouers que tu as fait une copie avant la premire datapack, je suis pas 100% sûr me je crois que ca etais l'information donne.

Pardonnez mon francais, mais je prefere l'anglais ou l'espagnol et mon langue maternelle suisse allemand...

What it means:

If you base copied (let's say Hernandez) over a player before the update and you tried to reset him after it (because he wasn't deleted), only the face and nationality will reset but not the name or stats etc..
It would falsely seem that you are able to reset fully, however, once you save and exit and then re-enter edit data, you can still see that you have for example 2 Hernandez.
