how can i send a message to another user while playing the game?

if you want to send a message to the person you are playing, it is only possible to send messages before kickoff, halftime, and after the match.

If it is someone you have added as a friend, you can hit your PS button on your controller to get to your PS menu screen and then scroll over to your friend list.
