Metal Gear Solid 4 - Guns Of The Patriots

Teekay

Human After All
There seems to be quite a lot of us MGS fans on this forum, but I couldn't find a thread about the oncoming MGS4. It's supposed to be released with the launch of Play Station 3.

Here's the Trailer

I'll post a better link when I can find one. :)

It wasn't an MGS remake was it, it was just Sons Of Liberty for Gamecube, if your talking about Twin Snakes.

I guess that answered my question.

Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes on Gamecube was a remake of the 1998 PSX Metal Gear Solid.

If you're a video game publisher in need of a big hit, what's one surefire way to create a game with plenty of appeal and a ready-made audience? Well, you could always remake one of the most revered action games of the last decade. That's exactly what Konami (in collaboration with Nintendo and Silicon Knights) has done with Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, which is a modern-day update of Hideo Kojima's seminal 1998 stealth action classic.

this game looks like THE reason to buy a ps3! imagine how much it'd boost the sales aswell if it was released on launch day. mgs3 was awesome and i'm sure this will be even better

I enjoy the Mario Kart games, good competition on Christmas day when I got it between me and my mates... I won of course. Other Mario games were better when they were 2D.

So am I the only one that owns the remake? If I am, then you other Gamecube owners and MGS fans need to get off you arse and play the remake. :)

Hell mine is a Dustcube since the only two games I have for it are the Resident Evil remake and the MGS remake.

Aye mines is collecting dust aswell. Only have like 8 games for it.

I dont like the way that they gave Snake a grey 'tash in this new game, makes him look older...

I believe he is supposed to be older in this one. I also heard that Kojima said this would be the last of the MGS series.

I know that Snake is older now but they couldve just let him have grey hair and left the 'tash out. He looks like a Cop from the 70's.

Heard that this was the last game of the sieres too, which gives the 4th a better appeal,as we all know its gonny be absolutly jaw-dropping!
