Does anyone know what difference this makes for ur ML? Couldn't find the answer on the forums...

i think dynamic influences the growth of players on a performance basis.

i.e.. if your player performs better, their growth will be better.

Dynamic is much faster than normal but:

If a player plays many matches, and scores and gets assists, he improves much faster, if he doesn't play, he improves slower or doesn't. Dynamic is faster and more realistic in a sense.

Not only this but you can have a lot of growth on players you dont play all the time but do perform great when they play.
Example if you are with United and Chicharito plays in most games and scores and assists regulary then growth will happen rapidly
If you use Macheda every now and then as a sub or in the low cup games and say in a whole season makes 15 appearance but still manages to score a load of goals(say about 10) with some assists too he will also manage to achieve a good load of growth.
However if you have a player like Oshea or Brown(both older players who will slowly decline on normal) who rarely play then expect them to decrease faster then they would on normal due to not playing.

Does that help at all?

Both systems work brilliantly, I think standard is more realistic but each to their own. On dynamic I had Mvlut erding go from 75 to 88 in two seasons, on standard he has gone from 75-84 in two and a half seasons, still rising to.
