Half a season later Chigrat is literally the best player in the world with a score of 100 -_-
I'm still assuming he will soon start degrading severely. I mean, the stats he starts with don't seem to be those of a superstar.

No but it's still insane. All this with players first becoming the worlds greatest, and then as 21 year old his stats begin to decrease is completely shite. Very strange pes feature

i know im putting smthng away from the topic here....but i really need help....well i want to know that in PES 2011 thre was an option to start masterleague with original official lineups....is it still thre in PES 2012...??? i couldnt find it...or Konami has simply eliminated that option??? help!!!

Well in older pes there was this don't you recall?
Those Pes guys like Kaiser, Holtzer, Van Dijk, etc. (Palmieri & Schmidt as well)

I think the current reborning old players is a good idea by konami.
But that is no good thing that they're awesome on birth. They should follow similar developement curve as reborn as they did before retiring.

I know they had these players, but they were always the same, there was no random surprise of discovering a new talent, that NOBODY else would have, like there is in FM for example. They need random players. TBH, I'm bored of the likes of Shimizu and Palmieri.

I don't think reboring old players is a good idea. It's obviously very unrealistic. When you retire, you don't magically come back as a 17yr old.... with the same face and facial features you had as a 36yr old.

I like this feature, because normally when I begin with the crappiest team ranking & default players all the good known players are unavailable to me for about 3 seasons or so, which means they become too old to be wise to get to team or they retire.

Then it's nice you can get them as reborn players.
I'm still waiting for my luck to get reborn Friedel, but in my last PES2011 he just wouldn't retire.. bastard, just like RL :D

There's no reason why you can't get a decently rated random 16yr old in your youth team when your team is crap. Obviously, the chances of having a good one should be higher with your team rating. But having an 80 rated 16yr old Del Piero in your youth setup is a bit of a cheat.

You're not getting me. There SHOULD be youth players coming through every season, but they should be randomly generated rather than recycled oldies.

For example, in real football when a player retires, he won't pop up in a youth team as a fresh faced 16yr old wonderkid.
If you play ML for 16 seasons or whatever, your game should be full with randomly generated players, with randomly generated stats and names etc. If you've ever played FM, you'd get the idea.

true but you won't have some types of individuality - robben has his OWN copied dribbling style on pes and some other players have things like this like del piero's secret chip shot or c.ronaldo knuckleball and all this can be removed and if in 16 yrs time it is full with random players, they'll be boring without any special signature moves or something similar

or they could add random special signature moves to new players... itd be much better that way, just have a huge pool of random names for each nationality, and assign random names, stats, potential stats and move cards to players, so then you can scout and never find the same player twice, its like you really have to scout and watch to find a promising youngster, and not just sign right away because his name is "del piero" or "ibrahimovic" for example.. its simply retarded..


oh also, in last year (idk about this one) this was even worse, since old players normally reborned with their stat peaks as they were before reborning, which means like if for instance they were 32 years old from the begining of the game, he'll reborn with his shitty speed potential of 32 years old (LOL)

If anyone is looking for a great defender try buying Zanka from Fc Copenhagen. Only 19 in the beginning of the game, and great potential. Since he plays for fc copenhagen he should not be a problem to sign.

Just signed Bendtner on a loan transfer - great signing. Scored 4 goals in 3 appearances so far. Finally it looks like my scoring problems are over. Anyone has a suggestion for a dmf/cmf who is not more than 23 years old and not smaller than 175 cm?

You may have him already (I recommended him a few pages back) but Mangala is amazing. He can play CB/RB/LB/DMF/CMF. He starts out good and gets much better.

Oh yes. Haven't checked him out yet. Thanks again. Just signed Iluznica (fake polish guy from szelawce) since i was desperate to get some alternatives on my midfield.

Playing in Europa League this season, i really need quality players. So i hired one of the two most expensive scouts there is in the game. And i can't even sign 20 year old players from Freaking Rosenborg! WTF? - Played 2 seasons with the cheapest scout and he landed Bendtner but now ALL my bids get rejected somehow. Major bug :(

If anyone is looking for a decent young midfielder try searching for danish player Delaney from FC Copenhagen. Know i mostly post scandinavian players, but some of them are in fact great, young and can play several positions

God I hope osmeone makes a darn editor for ML.... freaking 16 year olds with 97 ratings appearing in the game are making this SHIT unplayable.
