ML- What effects your Youth Team Regen?(What does staff do exactly for you ?)

So ive finally reached the end of the season in my master league, and once again my youth team prospects are a piece of trash. Now i was wondering what can we actually do to influence regens and while im here any insight on other staff influences.

I am more intrested in developing mainly my own youth team players as i find it more fun to bring them in as opposed to poaching other teams prospects :ninja:. My current setup is:

2nd Top GK Coach 3mill - Not to fussed about this as i have a good reliable pair of goalies atm )

Top Coach 5mill - Focus points 5/5 Youth dev 4/5 Tactical Awareness 4/5 Technical Coaching 5/5 Spotting Potential
- Here i am wondering if its worth to grab the lower 1mill coach with
2/5 5/5 3/5 2/5 1/5 , for generating youth. The development would obviously be a little lower. Any insight into what the stats actually do ?

With the doctor/athletic trainer , Is it possible that there is any reflection of their skills into youth ? For the Scout i dont think there is anything that could be influencial on you OWN generation of youth.

Anyway, Any information regarding what influences the staff actually have on any part of the game, apart from the very obvious would be great for this thread so post away. ty :)

5/5 for generating youths looks great, but you can't bring the best out of them since they can only have 2/5 of focus points.
