MLS & Russian League Option File for 360?

You might remember me as the MLS troll from last year lol. Well I just have one simple question: has anyone made an OF containing MLS and the Russian Premier League for Xbox 360? And if not, can someone please make a specific OF of that kind for the 360? I need it done by Christmas because that's when I'll probably get the game.
