Cesc Fabregas and Xabi Alonso could be better/quicker in PES 2009.
I'd add Stevie Ireland to that list, but to be fair to them, he only really emerged last season when -I assume- the game had already been finished.
I'm guessing all three will be improved in the new game.

i'll give u liverpool mate but arsenal had henry,campbell and vieira at their peaks which is pretty impressive.there are others too.pires and fredddie were both the nuts on 3 or 4.they do tend to over hype man utd players though

Eh? Kevin Keegan was the Fulham manager to sign Finnan in 1998, Coleman sold him in 2003 and Hodgson stayed away from him when he was released by Espanyol.

Nah Riena is defo the best keeper in the prem. I cant believe his stats in Pes. He should easily be 90 but from what ive seen i think he's in the high 70's low 80's.

I'm a United fan...but I like playing with Arsenal as well, due to their real-life football style. I have tbh...Most of the Arsenal players are underated. Cesc, my fav midfielder in PES, have low shooting ability and stamina too. He's a fighter in real-life and a great shooter of the ball too. He's the top scorer in a youth tournament years back...that proves a point. Besides that, players like Clichy and Walcott as well.
@ Tommy88 saying that Park Ji-Sung is over-rated? Not really, if you realized...his shooting stats is almost in evidence of his real-life shooting ability. The thing that made him stands out is his stamina, dribbing and speed....which is the same as the real Park.

P.S. - Totally agrees that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is OVERATED. No offense to Barca fans, but Eto'o is much better of a striker.

I think most young talents have been set by Konami with relatively lower stats than real life (maybe that's their opinion!), like Fabregas, etc.
However, looking at those young talents play in real life, I can say they deserve higher stats and more Special Abilities!

I think he's the best. The only person who comes close is Given. I think his performance in the Spurs game showed he has great quality as rafa would say.
