it does work but only plays songs for bout 1minute thn goes off thn starts again help?

thats the problem everyone has, more like around 45 secs though.

If you have multiple chants loaded, does it play them depending on what's going on in the game? Basically, if you're in control of the game will it play more chants? Or if you've just grabbed a lifeline will it play more chants? If not then i'm not gonna bother.

My ps3 ver is 2.50 so no problem there.Ive just emailed to you a chant about 6 mins long that i created for olympiacos(general crowd sounds merged with chants of olympiacos)See if you can play the whole thing during a match and let me know.Cheers

not really, if there is a foul, throw in, goal etc then the chants stop. in normal play a loop of around 40 odd seconds plays continuously

Just got the game and tried it out. Does not work Only plays about 50 seconds of the file

I've got the same problem as 3EHUT4UK, I've madean Aberdeen chant on my PC, copied it onto my PS3 using my USB stick, put into a playlist called "KONAMI_PES" and I've tried listening to it and it only plays to about 50 secs in then it repeats. Shame cause my chant is almost 3 mins long. I've also tried listening to it in a match, but same result

Any help?

there is no help. thats what the game does. its all getting a bit tedious now. people are just saying things (on other boards too) which simply do not work.

nobody can get this method to work, some other tool came up with this idea from another forum. he clearly hasn't tested it as suprise suprise he hasnt replied from his previous post.

"I have had a most ingenious idea.

I downloaded 4 liverpool chant MP3 files and then played them in WMP all in one playlist. I used my Mobile phone's voice recording feature to record all the songs on one file. I then found that when I plugged my Mobile into the PC (using the USB) the file was saved as a 'Real Player' file (format). I then used a program called 'Super' which is free to download on the internet and encoded the file to MP3. I now have 5 minutes of Liverpool FC fans chants in one MP3 file. So even if it loops over and over again in won't get that repetitive. Please can somebody please upload some more LFC Chants as the bigger the file the less repetitive it will be. Hope this helps."

i've been looking into this a lot as it is on paper an excellent idea and would increase the match enviroment and realism no end.

however nobody has found a way round (that can be proved by more than 1 person) the fact that pes will only loop the first 40 or so secs of the file.

no matter how long the actual file is, no matter how many different formats it has been previously, no matter if its been imported via usb, cd or whatever it simply isnt working.

What´s the problem - I´m new to this chants thing.

I got chants in one of the OF. I just copied the different chants/mp3 and then I went to EDIT TEAM and chose the chant I want for that team.

Will this not work or??? The chants for every team are about 40 secs long

yes it will work. 40 or so secs is the max amount of time before it loops back. which is pretty crap as it gets repetative very quickly

i understand that, i know when the ball goes out, a goal is scored or a foul is committed the chants stop.

but, you are saying you can have more than 30 or 40 secs of different chants if none of those things happen.

nobody else can do this. they have followed your instructions and it doesnt work, it still loops 30 or 40 secs of the same chants. whatever songs come after that period simply do not get played.

I followed cheeky's instructions to the letter and its working for me.
Don't give the guy a hard time after he's tried to help everyone.

Where can i find spurs chants?

Finally! after pissing around all day trying to get my crowd chants to play for more than a few seconds ive worked it out and here is a guide for all you loveley fellow players.

Right, before all this I found a pack of England League chants (mp3's) for all teams on this forum which a member put together (cant remember the name but thanx its awesome!) but when I imported them, they were just playing the first 2 or 3 seconds. Ive come to a conclusion that its the way they are encoded and the PS3 or Pro Evo doesnt like it so heres what I did:

Step 1: Burn your selected chants (mp3's) as an AUDIO CD not an mp3 cd (I used NERO).

Step2: Insert your audio CD into the PS3 and select "import" so it copies them to you PS3's HDD (this is the bit im thinking solves it as the PS3 encodes the files to a more playable way).

Step 3: Add your new copied/ripped chants into the "KONAMI_PES" playlist

Step 4: On pro evo in edit, go to team edit then "cheering stance" for your selected team then choose "MP3 library" and select the file/chant you want (note that the file name will now only be something like "AUDIO 1,2,3" etc as you ripped it from CD but you can change the name in the PS3 music section)

Now the chant plays all the way through and doesnt cut off at all! You can test it obviously by preesin SQUARE to prove it!

Man i am from greece but my favourite team is tottenham so can you tell me where will i find some chants for my favourite spurs?Also i tried the way you said but it is not working in my ps3.

Is there any way i you can stop these just looping. The liverpool chant sounds winds me up playing and it just keeps looping you'll never walk alone.?
