When do the top managers open? Every day it's the same formations as previous days at around 700, I need a manager in his 800s and I've yet to see 4-4-2 or 4-3-3-4-1-2-3......I've a shit load of players playing out of position, do you have to play a certain number of games?

Same. I'm stuck with a level 4 team. I've been checking in every day for weeks looking for a manager with a better management skill than 740 but nothing. My main squad feels stuck. What is the highest management skill you can get?
I've created about 3 different squads now just to keep my interest in it :/

I have 7 squads as I got quite a few managers for different formations. I am ticked off cos I can't use all my players in one squad. I saw a manager once with 820 management points but haven't seen anything close to it since then. My highest is 720 4-2-2-2
Anyone got higher? in the 800s maybe?

Yeah, remember that manager and his ridiculous high number, in comparison with the shi*ty managers that are always are available. I do regret not buying him.
Well my interest has all but disappeared. I got bored of checking in everyday for very little return.
I've become a little disillusioned with Myclub tbh. I have to grind game after game, hour after hour with a crappy squad so I can afford a few games with my top squad. It's ridiculous what a squeeze it is.
I spent enough time assembling my squad only to find I have to spend more time grinding, just to be able to use it.
The balance is way off. I've dropped Neuer from my squad completely to make it easier to afford and & I feel I shouldn't have to do that.
You work your ass off for Black balls (sounds so wrong) to find its not far from pointless. Anyway... I'll stick with master league.

this, im getting pissed of playing novice just so i can play with my top team online, what a pile of pish. they def need to lengthen the contracts to 15 games or give you contracts.
