My hopes and suggestions for PES 10! Please discuss!

Hey, as a lifelong addict, and someone who has tried and hated fifa 10 this year, thought I'd mention my hopeful suggestions for PEs 2010. If you've heard they're implementing these this year, please let me know and put a smile on my face!

A) I love the pace of pro evo, but wouldn't mind it being a biiiiit slower this year (as long as its still fun!) - but one thing i like in fifa is the stamina/sprint bars in the game, to stop a guy being able to flat out sprint one end of the field to the other repeaetedly until his overall stamina runs out.

B) Bring back the 6th star difficulty. 2009 was WAY too easy for most.

C) Make it harder to develop players as fully as you could in previous master leagues. Making Jenas a 90+ player in a few years shouldn't be achieveable.

D) Make it harder to create dream teams in master league: I was always able to sign ALL the hot new talented 17 year olds last year. Wit one year and bam, a dream team! Too easy though.

E) Improved AI when attacking especially! They hardly ever scored long range shots, and made wrong descisions far too often (linked with point B)

F) Please never do what fifa do and restrict how we can edit the player attributes! I know you'd never do this to me.... but fifa are stupid enough to do it so I'm worried one day you may be too...

G) Whilst not going the wrong way like fifa and overdoing this, perhaps make it a little easier to get jostled off the ball when under pressure, as with decent players in recent years its been far too easy to shield the ball and move from one side of the pitch to other going past numerous defenders without really trying.

---Aprently its slower in the final code

B) Bring back the 6th star difficulty. 2009 was WAY too easy for most.

---There is a superstar difficulty which is 6 star

C) Make it harder to develop players as fully as you could in previous master leagues. Making Jenas a 90+ player in a few years shouldn't be achieveable.

---Not sure but i asume its like previous years where it would take 5+ years to get them to the 90+ level

D) Make it harder to create dream teams in master league: I was always able to sign ALL the hot new talented 17 year olds last year. Wit one year and bam, a dream team! Too easy though.

---Transfers are done differently this year. Also it takes like 3 years to be good enough to sign a special player + if you start in D2 then it takes even longer

E) Improved AI when attacking especially! They hardly ever scored long range shots, and made wrong descisions far too often (linked with point B)

---Off the ball movement is alot better now. Ive played the AI on superstar and they do take long shots and their passing game is alot better than mine lol

F) Please never do what fifa do and restrict how we can edit the player attributes! I know you'd never do this to me.... but fifa are stupid enough to do it so I'm worried one day you may be too...

---Pes' edit mode...need i say more?

G) Whilst not going the wrong way like fifa and overdoing this, perhaps make it a little easier to get jostled off the ball when under pressure, as with decent players in recent years its been far too easy to shield the ball and move from one side of the pitch to other going past numerous defenders without really trying.

---Defences are mean this year so dont expect to be going past defenders with ease.

hey bud, tanks for the info and the reply.

so regarding point A, if the gaqmes slower then great, but any word on the sprint bar to stop a guy sprinting one end of the pitch to the other without needing a breather?

Well its impossible to tell from the 5 min demo we have but i'd take a guess and say it hasnt changed.

Cool. I'll look forward to that. Might as well play on 6 stars from the beginning to get used to it as quickly as possible.

Ye the superstarr difcullty just seems to have alot smarter ai, you can definatley tell the difference makes it harder. i have still been winning game on superstar though....but maybe thats cause im the best?

A) The game is slower. Way slower than PES2009. And you can get a stamina guage in PES, you just have to turn it on by the options.

B) There will be 6 Star difficulty in PES2010.

C) I agree, but it's harder to make a good player on PES than on FIFA. FIFA is way too easy when it comes to delevoping players.

D) I agree with that too, on both PES and FIFA it's the same. Maybe turning transfers to 'low' setting may help a little..

E) The AI is much, much improved in PES2010. Play the final code and you'll see. Long shots are much better, the defence is much better and the overall actoon on the pitch is much better than any previos PES game I have played.

F) Hopefully the Edit Mode on PES will be a 'free' and 'personal' as ever so we can Edit what we want and how we want to. I don't see Konami doing that though so don't worry. Hopefully not anyway.....

G) I think tackling on FIFA is much better, but maybe too easy. And I think tackling on PES is too hard, and maybe too hard. One day either FIFA or PES will find the right type of tackling, but at the moment FIFA is better on that part. I know what you mean though, on FIFA you can push a player off the ball, but on PES you have to really dig in and find the ball to get it.

Overall I think Konami have improved PES a lot since PES2009. It's epic. I am even starting to wonder how FIFA will manage to beat PES this year or in future years if PES is going to improve in such a good way every year.

This year we have 6 difficulties. Even on professional the game is hard. Good thing.

Professional level hard? Your joking right?

LOL Only joking :D It is hard on Professional Level this year, but after playing a lot on Master League on PES2009 on Professional, it does get easy, so i'm glad to see 6 Star difficulty in PES2010.

I've actualy lost 2-0 on Regular difficulty on WE2010 Demo so I don't know what i'm on about lol :naughty:

Yeah. After that 2-0 defeat I couldn't stop untill I won again. Fortunately I did win something like 3-1 on the game after.

FIFA10 is sitting on your shelf gathering dust? FIFA10 is amazing. Personaly I think FIFA09 was better so I know were your coming from.

And yeah, the WE2010 Demo is amazing. Even though its only a demo and not even final code, it's still good enough for me to quit playing FIFA10 once in a while and enjoy the WE2010 Demo :D
