Hello!

Yesterday i started the LEGEND mode for the first time.

It's very cool - but i have a question about the costumization.

I like to have my own face in the game.
I know i can choose a picture. but here is the Problem.



Can you give me tips making a perfect picture?
I have a digital photo-cam anf i have Adobe Photoshop.

What do i have to care for to get a good result?

I did it last week I ended up taking loads of pictures to get a decent image in the end I got fed up and used the best one couldnt be arsed keep editing it in photo shop the putting it back in took too long. There is no help for this either. I do all kinds of graphics for my job! and when it says max file size is etc then max resolution 672382823 what the hell does that mean!!!! it makes no sense and has explaination (I tried 72dpi that works)

I went with taking a photo trying to get no shadows and a fairly equal face colour (some of the versions i did had bright white center where the flash highlighted the center). try with the flash off in a natural well lit area.

put it in to photoshop I cut out the background put it on a white background (later found out this is not necessary as you only zoom right in to the face).

Then I saved for web in photoshop keeping the image about 800w x 600pxh (or 1000pxw x what everh) and saved for web at a very high setting so the image was under 2mb at 72dpi (hence save for web,if any one knos if other resolutions work let me know I got fed up keep going through the set up with different resolutions)

Stuck it on a memory card and into the ps3 (Note do a few or many diffrerent images at the same time, to play with)

copy from the stick to ps3 NOTE you cant do this while playing the game!

load up pro evo go through the first screens to get to edit face then its up to you all the ones I did came out pretty pants, I got fed up and went with the best (hoping I can edit it again later in BAL if need)

Also if you figure the images arnt good enough or are too big you have to exit the game to then copy an updated image to the ps3 then go through the same options to get back to the face edit section (can become an arse if your trying little changes on different images on photo shop)

if any one can help more or correct me on things I did wrong would be appreciated

An easy way is taking a new photo while on the game, as long as you have a webcam or an eye toy they give you a little face plate thing to where your eyes should be and mouth, make sure you have a good light cause your face could end up blue if its too dark.
