My Superpatch screwed up!!!!

Hey. I just patched PES5 with the Superpatch V.2 optionfile, from here, and it is REALLY fucked up.

All the kits besides England National Team's (and the ones already in the game, obviously) are ALL black, and are really screwed up. Even the England kits look like they're wearing their shirts sideways.

All the team and league names are correct, but no crests or logos. There are balls added in, and they're are all the right stadium names.

How can I fix the patch, or delete the option file of the patch, or install a new, non-bugged one over it?

Delete the current optionfile you have now and when you start the game it will load a new one automatically.

Sorry if I sound abit silly, but how? Like in the game? Or do I have to get all Messi (haha, lame joke.) and go into all the folders and that stuff?
