MyClub Online - slow and laggy

Hey, Konami, are you OK there?

Your slow and laggy servers was looks like a crap 5 years ago .
At the PS4 in 2015 it looks like real stone age of Online-Mode.

And now you have add also lots of new players with so called "free version of MyClub", without any investment or improving of your servers.

Holy sh*t , now is loading of Online-Mode, or simple switching between different MyClub menus, takes a couple of minutes every time.

Looks like your servers a bit overloaded, isn't it? What a surprise,yeah:w00t

I can't confirm that. Had one laggy game in 2 days, and that was most definetly because of slow internet of my opponent. Loading times in menus are also not long form me. Maybe your internet is just too slow.

80 Mb/s FTTH
Wired LAN

All ports are open, DMZ/Firewall is OFF, etc.
I don't mean player vs. player "manual mode", I mean slow loading of MyClub Online, laggy switching between menus, etc.
Btw, all my local PES-friends talking they has the same problem for a last 2-3 days.
Yep, today it works a bit better, but yesterday it was really awful.
Also, I never have problems like this with other games - only with PES.

Yep, Konami support answering the same:
"Regarding your concern, we would like you to confirm with your service provider on how to improve your network environment."

But this t*ats always answering like this regarding all problems of their servers.
As example, I was trying to contact them regarding button lag problem 3 years ago, 5 years ago, etc., and their answer always the same - "please check with your provider how to improve your network".
Btw, 5-6 years ago I had 20-30 Mb/s, now I have 80 Mb/s, but PES online mode still looks like a slow and laggy crap.
And may I repeat : Only PES-Online works like a crap, ALL other games works fine.

Hi, finally i found confirmation i am not the only one!

Since a few days the MyClub Mode gets slower and slower. I was always wondering what exactly takes so long even previosly, however since a few days it`s basicly unplayable, i found 4 people already in Facebook highlighting this to Konami. I am located in germany and yes loading myclub did just take almost 10 minutes, then editing my team and leaving the team menu another 4 minutes ... this is unbelievable. You can basicly not play myclub anymore. And their response until now was like you mentioned.

But this is complete bullshit ... all other games work as a charme ( e.g. Last of us fractions )!

I would really like to hear from other people on here if they have the same issues.

I am on a 100MBit Download / 40MBit upload - confirmed and proven by various test.

I could share a video here ...

Is Konami interested ?

Hi, finally i found confirmation i am not the only one!

Hi m8, welcome to Konami LagClub :D

More than a sure, the problem is not in your (or mine) connection speed, etc.
Just try to check MyClub, for example, at early morning - when Konami servers is half-empty.
I did it Friday morning (btw, I'm living in UTC+3 timezone) and there is was no any lag, MyClub and menus was loading and working OK, etc.
But then, when I back home at evening and tried to go to MyClub, it was very slow again and loading for 7-8 minutes.

Pes 2016 - Slow loading on Myclub mode

Hello everyone,

I've registered here on Pes Gaming because i thought i had something to add, according to the topic.
So, here's the thing, this situation of slow loadings on Myclub is affecting everyone (ones more, others less) but, what you have to know is:
Firstly, Konami as a company, is working to reach a market of players that buy or download a free game to thereafter purchase items, slots, skins, dlc's, etc etc etc. The company has already mentioned it in the past few days, so, that's their main objective and their focus.

If you take a short time to think about the downloadable MyClub for free that was presented, this goes exacly in the same direction of what i'm saying... more people playing it, more gamers purchasing golden coins for acquiring players.

The bottom line is, Konami is having a bad time as a company and their financial situation is far from being good and this is all about the money.

My modest opinion, as a Pes gamer since the first one, is that i'm affraid of this situation could possible be the beginning of the end for Konami. From what i read, they are having problems on fixing this situation of lag/delays inbetween menus and the answer to those replying to them informing the situation is and will be the same over again... contact your internet provider, bla bla bla.

It's a shame that a company like Konami which was one of the biggest/greatest in the gaming industry for over years, being like they are now and continuing to walk outside the spotlight.

I honestly hope things change for Pes and in the next upcoming days we all have good news.

Cheers

Hi,

I tend to believe what you say and basicly it is no surprise that the aim of companies must be to make profit. However, if the Myclub Mode within PES 2016 stays that slow noone will buy golden stars ( bit coins ).

I did some deeper analysis and i have measured the time to swap between two teams without changing anything in the team roster ( it tooks more Than 4 minutes ). I don´t even understand what the server was informed about - there was no change to anything in my game.

I received feedback, that Konami is now analysing my issue. :) my issue = anyones issue!

It´s a shame ...

Edu Goncalves Basically we are all in the same situation like "Let's have hope" i understand that but this wasn't even supposed to happen. Let me explain to you what bothers me the most... speaking in a most technical language, it's like this:

Konami's servers have never been good, and i'm holding myself not to say that they are a piece of crap. Secondly, and having in mind that they don't have dedicated servers, this is like adding two plus two, giving you four... in others words, they have servers working for Pes which are okay for the "amount" of users playing the game. If they were thinking on putting the game mode for free, it was easily thinkable that you would have twice or even more gamers playing the game. So, the bottom line is this... like our home computers, you have your software, random access memory (RAM) and your disk space ... for example Windows XP, 100 programs/apps, 2gb RAM and it works okay, but if you place on it a Windows 7 or 8 , 200 or 300 programs/apps and maintain the 2gb you will have problems with system's overload... it is mathematical. (most of us surely have already experienced some sort of situation with our home computers)

Konami needs urgently to upgrade their servers and reinforce these levels for the capacity that they'll take, otherwise... things, as we can witness at the moment, will start to get slow and even crash.

Another aspect, as i wrote in the previous post, is their financial situation... on one hand they released the Myclub for free to make profit but on the other hand they don't want to spend money with the servers upgrade and i think they will try at all coasts not to invest and remedy the situation with computer techniques on the configuration of the servers.

I honestly hope i'm wrong but i predict the worst on the upcoming days.

Konami has released official info today:

"We are aware the issue below have occurred after 9/12/2015 caused by SERVER OVERLOADING

-Takes longer to login
-Takes longer for Matchmaking
-Takes longer for screen transition in online modes

We are working on the issue to reduce the server loading, BUT CUSTOMERS MIGHT EXPERIENCE THESE ISSUES DURING PEAK HOURS

IF YOU EXPERIENCE THESE ISSUES,PLEASE WAIT FOR A WHILE TO PLAY ONLINE MODES."

For me, it sounds like
"We knew in advance our servers are crap, but we didn't give a flying f**k if Free-to-Play MyClub version will create problems for players purchased PES for 50-60 bucks. Just because we're interested in newcomers, buying our game coins via PS Store.
So, if you have issue like this, just wait a bit and try to play later - deep night or very early morning, when all normal people are sleeping.
Thank you for supporting our game and f**k you.
Konami."

Yeah, unfortunately that's exactly what it sounds to me too... and like i said before, they even had the precaution to highlight the word "reduce" when informing that they are working on the issue to reduce the server loading.

At the end of the day, what a really like about a videogames company are those who really care and honor the commitment with the longtime fans/consumers/supporters and Konami is definitely not being a company with this main concerns.

After 17.12 maintenance, I even can't connect my PS4 with Konami servers.
Every time have the same massage "Problem to find connection with server"
When I'm trying to check connection via port settings-connection test, it shows everything is OK.
Then, when I'm trying to load MyClub Online, there is no connection with server.
What a s*it!
