This is just FYI, I'm not complaining, just wanted to share konami's response to my email.

Thank you for contacting Konami Support.

Whilst we understand your frustration, we are very sorry but at this point, we have no information on upcoming patch/update from Xbox live for PES09. Please keep in mind the US version of PES was only recently released last week it does take time for updates/patches. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience

I certainly cant say for sure, but it might be a little while.

Ya really sux. Have a feeling it'll be another month, roughly the same amount of the time the UK had to wait. Oh well I'm keeping myself occupied with other great games in the meantime.

I emailed them as well, see the NA PES 2009 thread in the editing section. I emailed with them back and forth a couple of times... in the end we need to remember it took them over 3 weeks to update the game for the european group. And right now we are at the end of week 1.

Playing Eternal Sonata with my gf. 3 player jrpg ftw :happy:

Also got Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm and MGS4 to keep me busy should my gf not be around hehe. Naruto and Eternal Sonata has great graphics and decent gameplay if you're into that kinda stuff.

No I won't spend double the amount on the UK version. I don't love Pes or Konami that much. Besides I already have the game so pointless to buy it again. All the waiting sux but don't bother me too much as there's plenty of other stuff to do.
