Yeah you could do that aswell, that is what i have done, Foster is my starting Gk now and he is doing well, Akinfeev is back up

Isn't his name Palop or something? You may also mean De Sanctis. Both goalies are already older than 30 though.

You could also try the current Ajax GK: Stekelenburg. That guy develops really well. Yohann Pele is a very good shout as well.
