need a new DM

I need a new defensive midfielder. He needs to be quick and strong, he needs to be younger than 28 and not too expensive. Any ideas?

lindgren from gronigen is a good developer. a good player like huddlestone or reo-coker could be played as a dmf to good effect even though they are technically cmf.

Huddlestone, Denilson, Camacho, Lucas, Bradley (American or British), Gambino, Duffy, Kaiser all work well as DMF. Heitenga is great as well, but can be expensive.
