Need an urgent helpppppppppp

hi all
I'm new in this forum.
I've installed PES2012 right now but when I start the game after pressing a button to continue with game, the help screen come up and never goes even i press BACK button.
when I press BACK button the help screen goes and backs immediately and I can't select any game modes or anything else.
please help me :crymore:

This is new to me- anyway did you try to remove the game disk? Restart the console and put it back in. Its the only thing/help I can think of. Otherwise your game disk might be defective.

Assuming it's for PC.

How did you obtain your copy of PES?

hmmm.. maybe it's an error on your copy of PES..
try to reinstalled it, if it's keep happened, try a different copy of pes than you have..
