Need help on Faces if not tell me how to make them please

Galatasaray 1999 Uefa Cup Kit and 2000 Uefa Super Cup Kit

I need some help on how to make faces for players from the past because I made the

I will only add the kits if they get requested and I tried my best to make them.

Some of the players might be on the classic teams I'm not sure but they probably have poor licensing on them I will add nationality on them aswell.

I am aware that not everyone will be able to do this for me but if u tell me how to do it I will do it myself, please help me on how to make them.
