Need help with La Liga Color Codes

Guys,

I could really use some help, with La Liga. I am not very knowledgable of La Liga and must come up with some information for work.

I need every teams
Color Code (HTML Color Code,most important thing I need)
Presentation name (A Short name less than 12 characters)
Alias (A 3 letter abv for each team)

I have pasted the teams and data I have so far.

I looked at the great 2014 KITS that you guys have made, but dont know how to extract the color codes out. As far as presentation name, I only think Atlético Madrid and Rayo Vallecano and Real Sociedad, need shorter names.

ANY HELP would be so great.
