Need Help With Option File Xbox 360

I HAVE A DATEL XCHANGE 360 USB LEAD AND A 256 MEMORY CARD BUT WHEN I PUT XPORT ON IT DOESNT SHOW THE PES FILE SAVED ON IT ONLY SHOWS

name.txt 1kb txt file
cache file folder

and it only says the memory card is 64mb
Ive try to put the edit file on it but when I plug it inti the xbox they dont show up

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP

Are you sure it's an actual Option File not a Patch? If this is the same query as the thread you last posted in then it's a patch and this is not how you transfer patches. For help on that please see the other thread to you posted in.
