I thought you could only stop it by not unlocking the players.. I remember in PES 3 (i think) there was an option to stop the transfer of retired players tho.

Yeh I remember you could turn off retired players....wonder if you can still do it, ah well doesnt matter coz i play my WE8:LE in Japanese so I couldn't read it anyway if there was an option to turn it off...

ohh right thanks for all the comments, i hate it when player decrease so i changed my mind bu this.. but i need this 'unknown'player with good dirbble accuracy (midfielder) and very young player so i can work him up (17 18 19)

anybody knows a good player ??

Get Cardarson (Cordoza)! His dribbling has developed insanely well for me. 95 dribble acc I believe, 88 dribble speed? And 99 technique, and an excellent shot, and all other stats in mid-high 80's and 90's. This is in fourth season. Cesc (Fabregas) has a very similar development curve.
