Iam looking for someone who can add this ?

So you can promote tot the Eredivisie with a small dutch club.

Or a club you play for in real.

Any ideas someone , or is it already in progress ?

i think you could use fake "PEU League" for this.
there you can overwrite fake teams with teams from Dutch Jupiler League.
i know that kits from Cambuur, De Graafschap, NEC and Go Ahead Eagles Deventer were built from Konami in older PES-Versions,but the rest could be difficult to find.

when i´ll have more time for editing ,i think i´ll like to build De Graafschap and Cambuur,de "Superboeren" are my favorite dutch club

This would be awesome!

I realy want to have this in it, so you can promote to the Eredivisie.

I dont know how to add but otherwise i would make my own.

If you want to have the Promotion, you have to modify the english, Italien, french or spanish leagues.
Only those have a second division from which a promotion can be achieved.

If you just use the PEU League as second dutch division, there is no chance to get promoted into Eredivisie ;)

You can put the eredivisie teams to another league. For example to the english league and then use the 2nd english league for creating the jupiler league. You can do this in edit mode competitions structure. Let me know when you found a created jupiler league! I want to play with NEC Nijmegen :)

Well, you can always complete Eredivise with the 2 teams that got relegated last year, and then complete Jupiler League with other teams that you like (teams that got relegated last year, or teams that you like from 3rd division, etc.)
