New PES 6 Option File: boyce needs you!

Hello!

Right, having been disappointed with Pro Evo for the past couple of years, I will be creating a new PES 6 option file for the 09/10 season.

It will include:

England League
Ligue 1
Serie A
La Liga
Bundesliga - in place of the Dutch league
Loads of other teams from the Champions League
The Championship - in place of Other League B teams

That means all of the numbers, stats, kits, formations etc will be bang up to date.

It will also include updates for the National sides.

Now, as I am in gainful employment, this is going to take me a hell of a long time so please be patient - it may well be a couple of months before this is ready! :shocking:

However, the aim is to create the best PES 6 option file you have ever seen

Now, I want to involve you guys as much as possible so... I have a quick question to begin with:

I have PES editor 6.0.6 and I notice that I can export player stats etc into a .csv file.

Is there any way of editing the stats in the .csv file and then importing them into an option file? Because this will make the task ahead much, much easier.

I will also be updating this thread and probably asking all manner of questions over the coming weeks/months.

Thanks in advance for your help :)

PS - Yep, you read that correctly... two posts in five years

Sorry for the translation. I'm french.

Hello,

I too love that it may be possible to import the file. CSV PESEDITOR 6.0.6.

But I do not think this is impossible. Unfortunately. :crymore:

I spent many hours manually edit.

For "PES 2009" there is a program that allows but not "PES6. :w00t

I hope this is the case for "PES 2010".

Here's my option file : http://www.zshare.net/download/653127873620999e/

You can use it as a working basis. I will permit it.

I reorganized the formations and strategies :

- L2 + O = Pressure
- L2 + A = Counter Attack
- L2 + X = very offensive formation
- L2 + Q = very defensive formation

Players are placed correctly after a change of organization.

The player stats have been redone.

There are very few teams :
- The French league.
- The best European clubs (Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester Utd, Barcelone, FC Séville, Real Madrid, Valence, AS Rome, Inter, Juventus, Milan AC, Benfica, Porto, Ajax, PSV, Bayern, Werder, celtic, Rangers, Newcastle, Tottenham, Atl. Madrid, Villareal, Schalke, Stuttgart, Hambourg, Leverkusen, Dortmund, Everton, Manchester City, Zenith, Sporting Lisbonne, Feyenoord).
- National teams in Other C (Spain, France, England (other A), Italy, Brazil, Argentina and Germany).
- Classic teams in Other A.
- Best players by league in Other B.

Ideal file for exhibition mode and the mode and League Cup but not the master league because it is incomplete. You can finish the job.

Good work. Good luck.

Damn - this means a lot more work for me. Oh well!

And thank you for the option file. I may well use some of it to fill mine up. I seem to be borrowing a lot from other option files to get this done in the shortest time possible.

It will still take ages though

I'll try and upload some photos by the end of the week to show what I am doing.

Just want to get the Premier League finished before then. It's slow going.

Right, just a quick update for you.

I have filled the squads for the EPL.

I will now be updating stats using PES stats database and editing numbers.

Then I will move onto kits, formations and faces.

As I said before, I am hoping to get some photos up by the end of the week but it may well be later given the time it has already taken me to get this far.

Another update... and it's a good one.

I have found an option file on another site for a PC patch and it includes pretty much everything I thought I was going to have to do myself.

However, It does need a bit of work to get it ready for the PS2 so I shall start on that.

What this means is that I should have an option file ready to go within two weeks, rather than two months.

So... another update.

Squads/rosters whatever you want to call them - they are all done. That's right, done.

I am currently working on putting the classic players back into the game.

This means the classic teams, the ML youth players etc will be the same as when the game first came out.

As far as the shop players are concerned, they will be the same as in a default option file.

However, those shop players that are still playing - eg: Kerlon - will be replaced with new classic players to buy, eg: Zidane, Davids, Maldini etc etc.

After all of that is complete, I will move on to the kits.

I reckon this OF will be ready in three weeks at the most.

UPDATE

Ok, my option file should be ready by next weekend. This is what it will include:

England League - FULL

Ligue 1 - FULL

Serie A - FULL

Bundesliga - FULL

La Liga - FULL

Other teams included are Standard Liege, Zenit St Petersburg, PSV Eindhoven, APOEL Nicosia, Ajax, Olympiacos, Panathanaikos, Salzburg, Unirea Urziceni, Benfica, Porto, Sporting, Celtic, Rangers, CSKA Moscow, Rubin Kazan, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray, Dynamo Kiev, Maccabi Haifa, Shakhtar Donetsk, FC Zurich, Besiktas, AZ Alkmaar.

All teams will have: correct squads for 09/10 season, correct kits for 09/10 season, correct formations, correct numbers and stats from PES stats database.

As it stands:

All squads complete

All formations complete

All numbers complete

90% kits complete

90% logos and emblems complete

Just give me a few days to tweak the last few things and I will release this as soon as I can.
