No 'download' option in System Settings, heeeelp!

So i've got my pro evo 2012 update on a usb stick and was told that for it to work i had to go to system settings, then download and i would be able to download the konami update that would make my option file work, only when i go to system settings, 'download' doesn't appear as an option it's just list things like 'screen adjustment' and 'playlist editor' etc.

I'm signed in with xbox live and i've tested the internet connection and it's all working fine, so i'm at a loss as to why the option to download the konami update isn't appearing on the actual game, please heeeeelp!

I am on ps3 so not as helpful to you but on ps3, if you download an update to your machine the update is already taken care of, so the download option would not be available since you PES already knows its downloaded. Also on PS3 it is on extra content section not system settings. hope this is somewhat helpful for an xbox user

I've been onto extra content and it says data pack not available, when uploading the option file for the PS3 is it similar to the XBOX or the same as PS2 when you just get a memory card and load it in edit mode?
