no slowdowns on american ps3

i've had the game since friday afternoon, and have player it nonstop this weekend. and have not had any slowdowns, even on replays it awsome. i have a 60gb ps3 that i got on the launch day (camp out 2 days for it). oh also i'm running this in my LG 62" HDTV.
anyone also having this much luck on their american PS3? :)

Not me. I have the slowdowns. Although Ive noticed that when i try it on my brothers newer HDtv it runs better.

The slowdowns dont really bother me though.

the only slowdowns i notice are during replays... other than that, i've had no problems and im running it on an SDTV

keep in mind, i did not install the game on my HDD... and I too have the 60gb version ps3

I have the demo on my US PS3 and there is major slowdown on replays and cut screens. During gameplay thought the slowdown is very little and doesnt affect the game.

I played the game on a UK PS3 and 32inch HD TV over here and it was terrible for slowdowns, so much so that corners were almost impossible to time properly. I cant see it being much different on the US models. Maybe its the HD content thats slowing it down?

well, i've yet to experience anything of the sort with the lone exception being replays...

all else seems fine so far

Just got the game today and played a couple of matches (one vs. human and one vs. CPU). I also did not have any slowdown during gameplay. The framerate is horrible during replays, I guess so they could be really long. It hurts my eyes but I'm glad its only on replays. I got a 37" Olevia LCD HDTV.

So far the gameplay is great but hasnt really blown me away. What I'm impressed by is the CPU AI. I had no problem winning consistently in the hardest level on PES2007. But in both games I played, I have yet to score a goal and haven't had many great chances. I like a challenge and this game seems great. I was really thinking about buying FIFA but I'm glad I waited for this game.

How are some of you other Americans liking it so far? And do you guys know if we can play online? I haven't tried yet.

not sure about the online capabilities, but i'm loving the game so far...

just waiting for a nice option file to be released so that i can start my ML
