way 2 slow ball sticks 2 the grass the ball floats theres no physics i think i might get fifa this year its alot better than this tripe and im a die hard pro evo fan i think im converted they fuckrd up big time im actualy crying

You're a FIFA fan - you registered only to post on a PES forum that you're buying FIFA.

Also, there are ball physics making your post a tad laughable.

Nobody is suggesting FIFA has not improved because it has. Some of us just prefer the way PES goes about its job and again, none of us are saying the demo is perfect which continues to suggest that the majority of posters here aren't fan boys who won't hear anything said against PES.

this dude is nuts...just talking shit, doesnt even say anything himself...if you think the spanish league sucks (im sure you think the premier is above and beyond anything) look at newly promoted numancia for example, they beat barca and scored 3 against madrid (2 of which were defensive fuckups by madrid which is why i posted)...what about the lower teams and how they fare in the uefa cup (a tournement for smaller teams? if i remember 2007 was an all spanish final and a great game if anyone watched...the year before sevilla crushed middlesbrough...so much for the lower teams in spain sucking ...for all the doubters the last time an english team won the uefa it was 2001...( i know sevilla is a mid level team but im sure they could beat any english team out of the top 4, oh and they beat arsenal last year in champions league)
I live in spain you dumbass so I should know.

The spanish league absolutely sucks; You are the few who thinks it's better than the premier; Hell even a poll on the national sports newspaper Marca says the premier is a way better league. Please shut the fuck and go blow Raul....

And you think that because a recently promoted beats a top team that shows its a good league? NO. That just shows that the top teams fucking suck.

The three spanish teams that reached semis all sucked; Most just got there by pure luck and at the end of the season were dieing to not get regulated.

And Sevilla is not a mid-level team; They just have ego-minded players, pool dippers, and people that think they are on some other shit when they fucking suck too...

And that game against Arsenal; Um...ARSENAL WAS ALREADY QUALIFIED YOU DUMBASS. And 4-0 (arsenal) against 4-1 (sevilla)...Which is a better score. Yup you guessed it.

The England League is a WAY better league than the spanish one. Period. You fuck up ONE pass in the spanish league, fans start booing while in the premier fans are cheering 101% thru all 90min even if their team is losing 0-19.

Oh shit...Hands up....Grammer police.

Well Here is my review like every year.

Just played My first match (ME) Real vs Barca

I have to say well done konami, this is nothing like pes 2008 that game is in the bin (well going to cex lol)

But anyway, the match ended 1-1 Both goals from corners.
The game play is really smooth love the passing and the defenders are great too so now we can smash some legs of the famous strikers lol.

The menus look nice and the video intros and players talking to each other give the matches more intensive meaning. It is harder to score than pes08 but it not impossible, the keepers are good but can be a bit like tim howard on occasions.

Mr t.henry can not zoom past like in pe2008 and take on the whole team because waiting for him is mr sergios ramos with pace and strength to knockout him out, thats what make its more fun trying to map out a route on towards goal in your head rather than just run past everyone and just shoot and hope.

The grass pitch looks amazing the graphics overall are amazing.
I will give the demo 9.5 and I will give it a 10 if konami get the online sorted which is a big part for me I just love kicking ass online lol.

Well thats it for another year well done seabass and the team.

Off to play man utd vs liverpool

More like PES6

Dude if they get on-line lag free, we could be onto a winner here.

Goalkeepers are my only gripe so far. Parry way too much, although it was Van der Sar so...:erm:

That's all I wanted to hear really..

But also wanted to ask, is it more like PES5 or PES6??

Depends which version of PES6 you mean but assuming its the PC/PS2 version then i'd say its closer to PES5.

There seems to be a lot of people scoring off corners, last game I played on the demo I scored both my goals from corners too.

Why is the shooting so hard? Always goes too high/wide. Only goals I've scored are from tap ins and 2 lovely Ronaldo F.K's

Also how do i do skills? (ps3) right analog is for passing now :(

Been playing the demo abit and i’m starting to like it more, i think i get the pes2008 feel due to the off ball running animation and all players having tucked shirts, i think this game could be really decent if there was no baywatch running and if we could still select players to have untucked shirts in the edit mode…why do Konami not include this?? :crymore:

tucked in shirts??? lol, i think maybe you are confused and are playing a different game... this does have it so i am afraid you are talking non-sense

erm..players shirts sometimes become untucked during the match but theres no option to have certain players with it untucked from the start.

I'll be honest I can't remember what PES5 was like anymore so I'll say PES6. A lot of people say it's like PES'08 but slower, I just don't feel that. I'm enjoying the demo, a lot. So much so that I forget to pause and quit before injury time so I don't have to see that damn video :realmad:

Feels more like real football, I like it. I scored screamer with Tevez and when he was celebrating I noticed he had that scar on his neck.

Its definitely better than last year's effort, but it just seems to lack the enjoyment factor of the old PES'. I might get this and FIFA this year, I think there's room for both, particularly if I fancy a relegation six-pointer between Luton and Bournemouth. I downloaded the FIFA demo and once I fixed the camera (so, ironically, it seemed more like PES) I found it very enjoyable. Seems like you can score a better variety of goals.

Having said that, I scored a nice volley on PES with Torres earlier from outside the area after he latched onto a Keane cross.

I've played it a few times now (on 360). Must say, after being excited about the demos release, it is a bit of a let down. Im not saying the game is bad, not by a long stretch but, as with the FIFA demo, i feel the game just feels very similar to the last one.

Despite thinking that it feels very much like a slightly tweaked version of the old one, the game could still be a great addition to the PES family- mainly because it might have a lagless online mode and also because BAL mode should be great for all of us seasoned pro players who are starting to find the master league campaigns a little "same old".

I cant wait to get online and start challenging people, and i cant wait to get a BAL player created so that i can try playing as a striker. The demo hasnt got me really excited, but it also hasnt put me off the game

By the way, at the end of the game, during the BAL video it mentions that you can "ask for a pass". This is mentioned whilst mentioning the multiplayer aspect of the mode- does this mean i will be able to ask for a pass during the single player version? I had fifa and can never resist asking for the ball, which annoys me as it spoils the realism- i had heard that pro wouldnt allow you to do this (i dont mind being able to shout "pass it" to alert my teammates but i hate it on FIFA how they always try and pass to you when you have pressed it even if it is obvious the ball wont get to you!)

^ You can ask for a pass on the demo. On ps3 you just tap R2 2x and you raise your arm to call for the ball. I did the settings so it was like BAL and players don't always pass to you, you have to be in space and the right position.

Quality, cheers for clearing that up- i have a feeling that BAL mode will be a huge success for this PES, im certainly looking forward to it

Hey, does anyone have a detailed list of the controls for the PS3 version? Even the 360 one would do. I'm not sure which button'll make Ronaldo do his turn, and what "lob" is etc etc. Lob might be the same though I havnt been in a good enough position to try it yet!
