I keep finding either Duff or Luque in in the holding role even when we have the ball their attacking arrows both go diagonally towards the oppositions goal and touchline and they are always placed high up the pitch with low or normal defense duties why do they keep staying back?

Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know a way i can prevent this from happening?

Hello, I'm new to this forum and although I DON'T have that problem, I'd like to have it, but with my RMF ( Beckham ) ...to help my defensive midfielders...( How do you place your LMF to have that "problem"? )

I obviously play with Real Madrid.

if you want beckham to do that you can
1)move him closer to the center of the pitch in yor formation
2)put him on high defense
3)point one of his attacking arrows towards the center of defense
