One goal master

Please could someone help me out. I have been playing this game for too long and still struggling to score goals.

I seem to be able to score at least one goal per game and then no more. I have been playing the game a lot and feel now I have more time on the ball as my reaction time has improved. When I first started playing I couldn't get anywhere near the goal but I am doing so now but still can't score more than one goal a game and this means I seem to draw a lot.

Sometimes I play with all attack sometime balanced but to be honest I can't feel a difference. I play using Arsenal mainly on 5*.

Any advice appreciate to help me pop in a few more goals would be great.

You Have To Ask Yourself Am i Really A 5 Star player If you Answer No then lower your Star Level.
If You Think You Are Worthy Of Playing On 5 Star Then Good old Practice Is in Order.

You have a point. Its just that players say stick it on 5* because defences just sit back on 3 and 4*?

To be honest at 5* I don’t concede many goals at all. Many games I win 1-0 or I end up drawing 1-1. So perhaps I have the level correct?

I do the same but is that really a problem ? Thats how most "real" matches finish up ie with very few goals.

I get a real buzz when I score which I wouldnt get if I won each game 6 or 7 nil.

Just keep practicing but I believe the difficulty in scoring makes the game better and more realistic

Your average result will only be 1 goal victories or maybe 2 on five star and thats a realistic score line really.

You're not on your own. I play 5* and don't thump teams 4 and 5 nil every game.

It tends to be 1-0, 2-1 and frustratingly 1-1!

5* has it's pro's - AI is more attacking and leaves gaps at the back for you to expose with quick counter-attacks.

Cons - if you're 1-0 up then the AI is very good at orchestrating an equaliser, which makes you anxious to get a second to tie the game up - you attack and the AI punishes you on set pieces and counters!

I've played consecutive seasons with a great squad and been let down in the league with too many draws and a pathetic goal scored total compared to the other teams. Now I have new tactic...

Play 'loose' i.e. don't rely on set patterns or formulas to get goals. Look at the radar and your other players on screen and play the best pass choice, rather than say 'slip it to Rooney, beat 2 defenders and lay off to Torres to shoot'. Now I go into each game and try to be as spontaneous as possible and have found goals galore. I lose a few, but the draws have become wins and now I'm top (2011).

It is hard at first to relax into, a bit like trying to think of nothing, or if some-one says 'say something funny'. If I lack inspiration then I don't play. This has stopped me from playing 10+ games at a time, where you lose/draw the last 4 because you're desperate to win before you switch off!

(Also, pick players based on their form arrows even if they're not your favourite)

That used to happen to me however i bought an average player, who i cnt remember the name of, however he had a very good response rating, he got me plenty of goals as he plays on the last man. My tip play to your strenghts. For example if you've got a lank upfront put balls into the box, but if you got sumbody with pace upfront then try to put balls over the top for him to run on to.
And obiviously practice makes perfect. Hope this helps

That applies to me definately. I here people saying that they can score four and five on 5*. What level do you people play on in leagues and cup tournaments.
