Ok, someone please tell me what I am doing wrong before I completely lose the plot.

I'm an average PES player, have been playing for years... last year in my club I had a win loss record of pretty much 50/50...yes this year I have won 1 game in twenty!

If these were fair losses then I wouldn't mind, but it is getting to the point where it feels like everyone else is cheating. I have a 5 star team with chemistry of 78, and yet virtually every pass I play online is intercepted, for the passes that do actually make it to a team mate they have zero space and are tackled after their first touch.

Yet the opposition seem to be able to pass freely and have acres of space....

Surely I can't be the only person seeing this?

Any tips would be awesome

I have yet to play an Online game but I would recommend and I myself play at least one season in Master league just to get to grips with the game and its new features, style of play, the attacking instructions, defense instructions etc. When i first started playing cpu i was losing the ball a ton Mainly because i just kept wanting to attack immediately which in this game is very hard because the opponent team will sometimes immediately drop right back in to there own half and it will be about 8 of there players against your midfield and strikers which will make it about 8 against maybe 5 or 6 so alot of times you will get outnumbered but if you pass around your defense a bit you can lead them into your half and it will free up more of your players in there half when attacking.. you will notcie if you pass around your defense after winning the ball there team will be running back and will leave maybe one or 2 players in your half the players running back will mark your attackers and block passing lanes so passing around your defense for a short while maybe 4 or 5 passes you will notice them push out back in to your half.

also if your on the left say your left back has the ball and you are outnumbered or surrounded pass it back to an open player and switch the play to the other side where your right back and right midfielder should be wide open.
