Online abuse/ so sad :( how do i block

I almost cried
i cant believe somebody can be so nasty to me,


this guy sat in my lobby for 20 min after the game to harrass me
how can i block him
i can press a button to view his profile and stats but it says nowhere how to block him

also i read somewhere it can only be done AFTER a match
if this is true then tht is the silliest rule ever as its forcing u to sit through harrasement

please help me im so upset ( i must be the only grill on here who plays pes)

on ps4 there is an option after each game to add as friend or block the player
