Online competitions

Hey folks,

I have a question about entering an Online Competition within the OML. This is the first year I've played it so apologies in advance if this is a stupid question:

Every time I try to enter a Competition (been attempting to get in to the D5 Cup. My team isn't rated but it says it's open to Division 5 teams and lower) it keeps saying that entries for this competition are currently closed. No matter if I ry and sign up 5 minutes before the start, or hours before the start, it always says that entries are currently closed.

Doesn anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

See when competition starts. If it says 15.00 for D% cup, wait till 15.00

Check the up left corner of your wall (MLO home to see the time).
It may say 15.00 but in your place 15.00 might mean 16.00 so be carefull.

Enter the MLO after 15.00 not before. So, entering at 15.01 is a good time.

Thanks for the reply - I just assumed that you had to enter in advance of the start time. I never even though of waiting for it to start, and then entering.

probably another stupid question but last years pro evo we had to pay to enter every competition, don't you have to do this anymore as we spend our money on players contracts?

Entering a competition is completely free this year. Also every competition match counts as a regular one, except for the knockout round.

I haven't failed to get into 1 competition. Just get there bang on the time it states, not your time, the PES time.

I think it adjusts automatically and uses your PC's time, isn't it? I also haven't found any competition to be full, never had a problem entering one. However yesterday even after 3 wins I didn't qualify to the Knock Out stage, lol. There were too many players and my GD was only 2. First time happened, frustrating.
