online data deleting

Hi guys

I need your help!

I sold my ps3 and i wanna delete my online data and profile on the servers of konami

i mailed the support team, but they said it can't be deleted...is this true?

because wehen I'm not playing they shouldn't have my data ...

please help

Why are you bothered? Sounds more like you want to delete another persons date

You cant delete it without deleting the PS3's user profile. Its tied to the user account and stored on Konami servers to authenticate it as legit. But deleting the profile means that ALL digital content would be lost.
