Are there any online players in the Middle East (UAE) who are keen to form a PES lobby?
Frustrated, so so frustrated at Konami.
The best experience ever offline, can't put it down. The balance, mechanics, pace and feel is closest to perfection that anyone's ever got. Reminds me why I fell in love with the franchise more than a decade ago.
Online, it is 2006. 10 mins to find a game, and the lag when you do find one makes the competition element absolutely meaningless. Played against a level 5 connection opponent in a season game, and 3 of the goals I conceded were due to the lag. What's the point?
The worst part? I got FIFA 17 as well, and PES wipes the floor with it. Bored with FIFAs lack of gameplay depth, variety and wierd animations. It seems like an amateurish representation for the purist, with nothing much beneath the surface.
Yet I turned off PES and am playing FIFA right now. It's an inferior gameplay product, but atleast I can challenge someone human and feel like I had some fair influence on the outcome.
Unless find some nearby online players, PES will stay in the box until some friends come over and sit 2 feet away.
And that is just sad.
