Online problem

Are we only few of us who is facing this problem? about not being able to play online in most of the games we try to connect?
are others able to join all the games they try to join ?

ive downloaded the kits update also latest patch but the online feature hasnt appeared why is this?

ok, my problem is: " unable to enter match room ", how can i fix that. i heard something from our Vietnam forum that he said that i need to open port from modem, ????

you obviously need to forward the ports from your router to play PES13 online but still the problem persists for many of us that we get the ''unable to enter the match room' error..

Just google up which ports you require open to access PES13 online and port forward them via your router.

We would like to thank you for your cooperation and patience while we have been looking into this issue.

Thanks to your help, we are now aware of an issue involving Avatar registration failure as users try to log in to the online mode of PES 2013. This failure is caused by data loss while information travels from your computer to the Konami servers and it can often be solved by repeated log in attempts and trying to log in at different times of the day. Using a wired connection and resetting your router has also helped some customers. To reset your router -

- Unplug the router

- Disconnect your device

- Wait 15 seconds

- Plug your router back in

- When the router is up and running, reconnect your device.

We are working very hard to fix this issue on our end and we hope to have a solution soon.

To anyone who thinks that having a ping of less than 300 millisceonds from your router to 210.148.52.143 would make PES13 work online is utter bullshit.
My ping is consistently 177 Milliseconds and it still doesn't work 80 percent of the tries i try to connect to a lobby.

(I previously claimed a ping of around 330 MS because I tested the ping from my laptop via wifi router which is not the correct method as I use a wired connection from my PS3 to my router to play online...so when I checked the ping with a wired connection from my router it is consistanly 177 milli seconds)

I even removed my avatar by deleting off the installed data and option file of MY PES13 as konami's second email mentions data loss and avatar ...but no luck .
nothing from your end will solve this problem if you are facing this problem consistently you are screwed like me unless Konami does something about it.

Btw I just ran PES11 online today and it works flawlessly online....so its PES13s server and I hope Konami as really working hard to solve the issue as they claim to be.

people who constantly can't find opponents,are unable to enter match rooms any luck?
I am randomly able to play few matches here and there at some times at others times it just won't let me play with anyone :|

Has your router got DMZ guys? Try port forwarding, there's plenty of tutorials online.

Done port-forwarding and applied ps3s ip adderess to DMZ as you can read in my another topic '3 replies by konami about connectivity issues'
it is Konamis server fault that as we are trying to connect to the match room some data is lost and it will just read establishing connection and 'unable to enter match room'

BTW I can play with my fellow Indians without a problem ....they are on my friend list and whenever I invite to a game we have been able to play 100 percent ...I must have played around 50 matches so far with 2 of my friends.
