Just go around looking for kit PNG's and do it yourself really. JackWhoBra has the best PNG's. They can be found in the PES11 option file section - they work just the same in PES10.
The reason there are no good option files for the new season is because:
1) Why do it for PES10 when you can do it on PES11 and save LOADS of time
2) You can't edit half of the kits in PES10 without a patch, so kits for say Italian teams, Spanish teams, etc can't be done.
