Option File for Digital Version (PS3)

I've never been able to get any option file to work on PES 2012 for PS3 (maybe I just came in too late to the game), and I would LOVE to get an option file for PES 2014.

My question is, would the extraction work any differently for the digital version? I'll be downloading PES 2014 once it comes to the North American PlayStation Plus lineup, and I want to get an option file that works.

Any option file will work with the digital version, if you are downloading from the US PS Store you just need to make sure it is a BLUS option file ;)
