Would be awesome, and i was thinking of doing some imports from my 2012 OF on a different PS3 session (i use two different OF's with this :D), convert to 2013, export individual teams and get them on the good OF so as to avoid any major headaches

However, tehre are a ton of classic faces and players i fixed in 2012 i want to import...i wouldnt be able to do that if i use Gametight's OF, right? what if i use the OF, then choose to use data from 2012 but not change the kits? would it keep gametight's kits and my 2012 faces? mostly cause of the existing Leagues (spain, italy, etc)

I think if you use my edit data then your edit data from 2012 will be over written which would undo a lot of the faces you did. i could be wrong though

oh we've been doing this for years Charlie no problem

yeah, I know, I'm one of those that secretly have been following you guys for years and always love the option files you create, just that this year the gameplay is so good I finally have a quality soccer game to match the quality of the option files, imo.

Any chance of you guys updating transfers or would this be more just names/kits/logos for the initial option file?

I was planning on doing all the kits for the bundesliga and maybe the formulas if i can find them or figure them out. So I can name them and replace the correct teams and do the kits, numbering and anything kit related with the teams. From there it would just take over writing the team and bringing in the players already in the game to form the team.

Would we just overwrite the default player with the information for the player we have to create on the team? I hope that made sense. Or are we just going to create the player from a create a player spot?

Also for your bundesliga list above, i would remove the reference to Bayern and Schalke in the alphabetical order and just keep the entries where it shows what team they replaced. That will lead to less confusion. I am still hoping to get the game thursday or friday night if the mom and pop shop will let me again.

You mean like this?:

PES League - Bundesliga
Almchendolf – FC Augsburg
Blookrows – Bayern Leverkusen
Celuvaris – Borussia Dortmund
Ehrenhofstadt – Borussia Monchengladbach
Fineseeberg – Eintracht Frankfurt
Gharnetova – Fortuna Dusseldorf
Herismakhgia – SC Freiburg
Marguapurrena – Spvgg Greuther Furth
Mrabspor – Hamburger SV
Nakhqachev – Hannover 96
Nelapoltsk – 1899 Hoffenheim
Saintragler – FSV Mainz
Serignaluca – FC Nuremburg
Tedloghec – VFB Stuttgart
Theeselvargen – Werder Bremen
Trunecan – VFL Wolfsburg
Waryamosuk - Swap with Bayern Munich
Xakoulagos - Swap with Schalke 04

D2 League (WE League?) - ???
A.C. Nitsaloskis - ???
C.D. Raltonvegua - ???
C.S. Squanoer - ???
Cantlesir Spor - ???
CS Iolceanicu - ???
FC Nortovka - ???
FK Odersteich - ???
FSV Sarmtonburg - ???
Ganzoraccio - ???
Hjorwesland BK - ???
Johachnaard V.V. - ???
Jorudberg FF - ???
K.S. Szelawce - ???
KVC Meirkugaurt - ???
PES United - ???
S.D. Quaztolla - ???
WE United - ???
Wondengine Town - ???

To answer your question, ("Would we just overwrite the default player with the information for the player we have to create on the team or are we just going to create the player from a create a player spot") I think it would be best to overwrite the players. That way there's no confusion when importing and exporting team files.

Anyway, whatever you can do for the Bundesliga will be great especially since you might be getting the game earlier than anyone of us. My proposed idea above is for after you release the base OF. I think it will help get the US OFs out quicker.

Yes that is exactly what I meant. This way everyone in the US will have those two default teams in their other teams section. I like how this looks so far.

AS far as creating players over the default players, i think we go by the bundesliga thread in here and just start at the top and work down and then add the in game players at the end. I may even be able to change the names of the Bundesliga players and at least get the squads right so that all we have to do is then stats, appearances and nationality type stuff. I think this is what I did last year.

Problem for me is I like getting all my editing done quickly because I create two fantasy teams to play with in the Master League. So I like getting as much done as i can quickly so i can start on those two teams.

Hi mrgametight. Are you going to edit NT Players from the scratch or export from PES12? Last year, if we bring edit file from last version, they overwrote 12 players stats. Thanks for your attention

Exactly. This will make things a lot easier for us U.S. OF makers and if we still want we can use the the team sharing thread (or create another thread) to divide the teams up amongst the OF makers willing to help. Completed teams will be posted in the newly created thread (or the team sharing thread) for OF makers to import thus speeding things up in getting the stats, appearances, etc. done

exactly I am fine with whatever you want to do but youll probably have to wait until you download my option file to get a head start. so it wont be complete day of release but at least within a week we should be able to get a full bundesliga and from there we can use the other default league for the championship or other leagues but at least it will give option file makers a choice

Keep in mind that many of the appearances of the players call for a preset hairstyle. So while reverting all the stats of the base copied hairstyle, the fake name, stats, and age come back of the original overwritten player. In the end editing appearances was the same as creating the whole league myself minus kits and formations. I'm not complaining just point that out to anyone looking to edit the Bundesliga.

Thanks dude, I'm also trying to get the game earlier, but you are right by living in the Midwest things are way harder. You, Pategato, Summy and I should get together once to make the best Option file (US version) ever!! robbyearon (twitter)

Just to help out a bit here.

I did a lot with import and export last year so I want to give you some advice:

Like said before it's best to overwrite the players that are already in the fake team. Aafter that add the players that are ingame at a NT.
It could happen that there aren't enough players in the fake team. When this happens create the missing players in the created player section. Don't create them over fake national team players because it can cause troubles when importing. (different teams using the same fake players and therefor overwriting them).
When all players are created you can use the transfer option to get the order right. (by transferring back and forth between the team and another (random) team)

One last thing: After updates all the players from the fake teams will have their default nationality (at least that's what happened last year, let's hope KONAMI fixed this)

You guys combining efforts just made my head explode, in my mind, each of your OFs have kicked major ass, so doing it together will def make PESing an even greater experience. Thanks for doing this as always.

I think I peed myself a lil in excitement. LOL

That is exactly how i was trying to explain it. Personally the order of the team is not that big a deal to me as long as everyone is there on the squad. But if some of my more OCD option file makers want to take the time to fix how the squad looks in the list then I am fine with that.

I was never going to create players over the fake national team players, I either overwrite the fake player in the fake team or create the player in the created player section.

guys I don't think we should start creating players on those fake teams till the DLC with transfers in October. we all can keep working on .png for various nationa teams, even working off game on face's and stats for players. it feels like a waste of time keep creating and than after DLC going back to change the nationality of the player etc..

Creating players over the fake teams wont be affected by the DLC and transfer updates EXCEPT for the nationality. Changing a nationality is a lot easier than having to create a player from scratch. If everything else stays the same, then creating would prove more beneficial in the long run than not creating them.

Changing the nationality of a team of players should take no more than 15 minutes per team. Creating players from scratch, states, faces and all of that for a team of players probably takes an hour plus per team.

Is there going to be another team sharing thread this year because it was really helpful in making OFs. Also you should create a stadium sharing thread as well as that will be beneficial too

ok, sounds good, so don't worry about editing the nationality till after the DLC
