When can we expect to see the first option file released? I have the game already, but I appreciate it's a bit early for a full option file.

If you have the Game already... Then why don´t you start with a new Option File? and post it as a base for the others who have to wait for theire game to come ;)

you could, for example, change the Team Names of the unlicensed Teams or even Re-Name the National Teams and "register" the available Players in theire respective National Teams...

Having a Base to start with, is always good
