Do we already know which teams will be in 'Other European Teams'?

I think they'll be the ones who win their playoff match in the champions league and Europa League who aren't already in the game.

Nope.
They're limited to three german teams and those will be Bayern, Wolfsburg and Gladbach.
Also, Dortmund has an exclusive deal with EA, so they wouldn't be in it anyways.

why can t they keep bayern leverskern and schalke in pes 2016 but with fake name and no kit and fake emblem just teams in epl

Whilst I have read this many times. I don't quite understand why Konami can't make fake teams, with fake players and you can just edit the names.

For example Leverkusen could have players like Lemone (GK) and Kissing (CF). I don't really see the harm in that?! Or am I missing something?

Also it slightly annoys me PES can only have three German teams when four qualify for the Champions League. It's like the deal should have been altered when Bundesliga jumped Serie A in the UEFA coefficient.

It was said that Konami made loads of money off MyClub and it would be put into the game for new licensing deals...
Yet we have non. Well, a Euro 2016 deal and that's not even in the game. :/

Probably not... Konami (or anyone else btw) doesn't give a crap about the Portuguese Liga. It's a 3 team league for all intents and purposes. I would be a happy man if they just brought the 3 stadiums back.

Dont quote me on this but a long long time ago I saw the reasons why even fake German temas / players a no go. Yes there was a proposed lawsuit. Konami can do fake teams for the EPL, Liga Sagres etc but the Bundesliga supposedly is not part of some sort of players organization (cant remember what its called). Because the EPL for instance is part of this organization Konami can bypass direct licensing laws and use the players while putting them on a fake team. The same cannot be doe for the Bundesliga.
