Outside midfielders making runs.

I can't seem how to figure out how to make my outside midfielders make runs. I have my "when in possession" at many but they don't seem to be making that many runs. I Noticed when I'm in coach mode my outside midfielders are scoring most of the goals, but when I seem to be playing with them it's really rare for them to get clear shot on goal.

make your attacking style wide and in game plan shift them to rwf and lwf when in possession.
