patch problems

Im on xbox and hae the same "data pack is broken" message I have tried 3 times now and it wont work I have tried to contact Konami who dont care. I know there are quite a few people with this problem but no solutions or even explanations. If anyone hears anything please share the love.

What is going on with this bloody patch? I just wanna play online!!! I've tried twice now to download the data pack and it says its broken.....so have Konami said anything about it yet? Christ if I was bringing out a game I would make sure everything was tip top so launch day people could download a patch which fixed everything people were moaning about, have online spot on, I mean come on Konami, I wanna play this great game but your looking like idiots!

tried downloading again this morning, didnt take as long but the same happened. Data pack is broken. Konami have to sort this, i have purchased a years subscription of xbox live and the game to play online with friends and start a MLO i cant do any.

A word to konami, if the game and its servers are not complete then dont release the game.

I've downloaded it twice, the "details" of the file show it as 699,664KB although the download says 683MB

After formatting a USB pen on XBox360, the space available is 512MB (because I've always been shown to select 512MB on the Customise menu) . So how can it fit?

This is stupid in any case. I've paid £40 F*cking quid for this game, and not only does it not work, now I have to fix the fix myself.

Poor Konami - very poor.

Just format your pen drive to actual size it is on your xbox as its only reduced to 512 mb for emblems kits etc

First of all, 512Mb will be reserved for system use. In customise it tells you this. You then move the slider to reserve as much space as you need for storage. This is separate from the 512Mb for system use. Thats my understanding of it anyway. So, you'll need to adjust the slider for a size greater than the file sizes you want to store.

Data pack 1 not downloading

I tried downloading the data pack keeps saying after 2 hours of downloading it can't finish, I've tried it 10 times now each time it brings an error once it gets to the installing part. I have deleted the game off my hard drive and reinstalled the game and it's still not working. Can anyone help me or have any suggestions please without the data pack I can't play online. This is for Xbox, any help much appreciated.

Yes, it is a disgrace. I don't know about any updates yet, but if you refuse to use the USB your screwed for going online. It doesn't take that long to download, maybe 30 to 45 mins and it worked first time for me. It's the only thing you can do for now.
